FFW5K - Registration Opens Soon!
April is here, and we are officially counting down to registration day. Mark your calendars for April 20 when registration opens for the 2026 Fighting the Fight Within 5K.
This year’s event takes place on August 8, 2026 at the Veterans Serving Veterans (VSV) Community Park in Cadillac, Michigan. The day includes a timed 5K trail run and a 1-mile tribute walk.
Whether you are coming out with family, friends, or co-workers, this is a chance to move with purpose and stand in support of our veterans. Wear patriotic colors, represent your branch, or honor someone you’ve lost.
What’s New this year
The 5K is now part of the 2026 Traverse City Track Club Grand Prix Circuit Races, meaning TC Track Club members will receive a registration discount.
Pricing
5K Run: $35 per person
Youth (ages 8 to 18): $20
TC Track Club members: $5 discount applied at registration
1-Mile Walk: $22 per person
kids 5 and under free (no swag)
Moomers Fundraiser
Join us for a sweet way to support the mission.
On April 25, Moomers will donate 20% of all purchases for the day to help support 22 2 None and the FFW5K.
Stop out between 11:00 AM and 9:00 PM to connect with our team, learn more about how we support local veterans, and enjoy some incredible ice cream.
Be sure to try our signature flavor, Fight the Fight - a mix of peanut butter, chocolate no-bake cookies, chocolate swirl, and chocolate pieces.
Culver’s Fundraiser
On May 12, Culver’s Chums Corner will donate a percentage of all purchases between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM to 22 2 None and the FFW5K.
Stop out and have dinner, eat some frozen custard, and connect with our team and learn more about how we support local veterans. Dine in, take out, or drive thru!
